MERLOT

This Merlot comes from the Pays d’Oc PGI which spans three areas (Aude, Hérault and Gard): its displays aromatic diversity thanks to the characteristics of each terroir. The Mediterranean climate is known for its very hot, dry summers and relatively warmer winters. This wine has plenty of spice and fresh fruit flavour.

CHARDONNAY

The grapes for this Vin de France Chardonnay come from different geographic areas which complement each other, giving the wine fruit and freshness. The Chardonnay grapes from the Mediterranean are deliciously ripe which helps create a powerful yet fresh wine with tropical fruit notes. The Chardonnay from the Cotes de Gascogne has distinctive acidity and liveliness, with citrus fruit aromas.

SAUVIGNON BLANC

The Sauvignon Blanc grapes used to make this wine are from the Cotes de Gascogne PGI. The Gascony area is a vast wine-growing region famous for aromatic white wines: it is characterised by its temperate maritime climate (warm, wet winters and hot, dry summers). This terroir produces wines with good acidity, freshness and vibrancy.
