This Pinot Noir has a pale ruby colour. The nose has fresh plums, black cherry, soft sweet spices, cinnamon, mocha and earthy notes. Complex and balanced our reserva Pinot Noir has a great character with hints of cofee and nutmeg. The wine feels elegant and persistent.

The wine has abundant fruit and firm tannins that lend structure and depth.

CARMEN GRAND RESERVE - SYRAH
This wine shows a deep inky purple colour. The nose is expressive an intense, ripe black fruit, cherries, blueberries and violets. On the other side a more mineral character with spices, roasted coffee integrated to show new layers. The mouth is firm, concentrated and elegant. Its velvety tannins have good length, the mouth has a lot fruit and concentration. This Gran Reserva Syrah has great persistency and vibrancy. Apalta granitic hills can produce world class Syrah, this is a great example.
