Beringer Main & Vine White Zinfandel is actually produced using the dark red grape variety zinfandel; the light pink colour is a result of stopped fermentation that allows the juice to remain higher in sweetness and also retain it’s pretty pink hue. Look for aromas and flavours of melon, strawberry, and citrus on a soft, medium-sweet palate.
